Building a seamless reservation system that handles airport schedules, real-time availability, and customer communication while scaling with a growing startup. The platform needed to coordinate pickups with flight arrivals, manage driver dispatching efficiently, and provide a frictionless booking experience for customers.

Execution
We designed the booking flow optimized for quick reservations, making it easy for customers to schedule airport pickups and drop-offs. The reservation management system handles pickup/dropoff scheduling with flight tracking integration. We built a customer notification system for ride confirmations and updates, along with driver-side coordination tools for efficient dispatch. Payment processing was integrated for seamless transactions, and the entire platform was tested for mobile responsiveness and booking edge cases.
