A fully offline iOS app helping users find seasonal, local produce with carbon savings insights.
The Challenge
The goal was to create an app that works anywhere - even with zero service - without feeling limited. The UI also needed to be simple enough for everyday users while still showing useful sustainability info.
The Solution
We designed the product around offline-first data and a fast search experience. Everything was stored locally so users could instantly look up produce, seasonal windows, and sustainability impacts without relying on external APIs.
Execution
We designed the screens and flows first (search -> details -> insights) to keep navigation simple. Then we structured the offline dataset to be lightweight but still rich enough to feel smart. The result is a smooth iOS experience that performs consistently in any environment.
